Hi, I was Bria’s mother I was just reading different articles about my daughters murder only to come across this artitcle. Bria was such a beautiful child inside and out she will truly be missed.I’m a little stronger today just being able to read the artitcles I pray that justice is served in this case.

I am very familiar with this case. If it was not for the victim of the burglary charge he recieved probation for he would not have been in the system. The state wanted to let him go with a slap on the wrist. The victim had to fight to get the probation charge, which in turn is what led to the dna connection. Kudos to the victim, he wanted to make sure that Robert did not ever do this to anyone else and he got that wish.

It’s highly doubted that he will get charged with a hate crime, as that is a charge reserved for whites. Yes, a white person and a black person could do the exact same things, yet only the white person will be charged with a hate crime. That happens in 99% of cases. Google “Eric Holder Admits No Equality Under Hate Crimes Bill”. Basically straight male whites receive no protection and are oppressed by this bill.

2) IT IS IMPOSIBLE FOR ANY ONE TO PREDICT WHO WILL OFFEND, WHERE THEY WILL OFFEND, AND HOW.
3) THE INFORMATION GIVEN IS SUPPLIED BY THE CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER AND CAN BE FALSIFIED.
4) PREDATORY OFFENDERS EXIST AND NOTHING WILL STOP THEM SHORT OF LONG TERM INCARCERATION.

If you want to whine about the imaginary oppression of criminals and quote murderous scum like OJ Simpson, surely you can find another place to do that.

This blog is about the people who are actually under-served by our justice system — the people on the receiving end of crime, and the people who risk their lives to protect everyone, even the anti-capitalist-pseudo-revolutionary ingrates among us.
